My art practice is inspired by various places I dwell and the stories I have been told along the way. I work from memory, dreams and my own photographs. I travelled to the White Mountains in California where I encountered the majestic bristlecone pines. The slow and intentional growth of the trees expand my perspective on time, patience and resilience in challenging environments.
